A well-deserved, but nevertheless much appreciated, acknowledgement: Cesare Brizio opens the works at the Second Conference of the "Open Source in the European Public Administration" project

Guest of the Regione Emilia Romagna, the OSEPA Member with whom it shared the vision bringing to the birth of PloneGov Italia, RedTurtle reaps a visibility proportional to its investments in support of free software in the Italian Public Administration.

The sustainable business model, capable of promoting at the same time the interest of the Public Sector and the interest of del free software SMB's, was presented at theOsepa meeting in Bologna, raising huge attention.

As the natural consequence of such a mature vision, the privilege of opening the works in the Congress Hall of the Second OSEPA Conference, in Jihlava (CZ).
