The itinerating tour about free software and Plone CMS tested its new formula in Bologna
ContènTOUR 2011 - good success of the Bologna edition

Part of the audience of the afternoon session

On 30 May the Conference Center of Savoia Regency Hotel hosted the Bologna edition of the ContènTOUR 2011,  the initiative that RedTurtle, with Abstract and BioDec, carries on since two years to diffuse a correct information about free software and in particular about Plone CMS and the Web frameworks based on the Python language.

Compared with last year's, the workshop agenda has been significantly implemented with practical demonstrations, that raised the appreciation of an audience composed by businesses and Public Organizations, evenly divided between those already knowing Plone (who took advantage of this opportunity to improve their competence), and those who discovered just on this occasion the strong points of the free CMS.

The satisfaction survey compiled by members of the audience, who followed the event until late afternoon, show their appreciation for the proposed agenda, and encourage us to continue in this direction.
