The event, with free subscription, will take place in Mirandola on Wednesday 10 November 2010 at 1430 in the new site of the AIMAG group, located in Via Maestri del Lavoro. The site, fruit of the intelligent restructuring of a sugar industrial complez, may be visited by the participants at the end of the event, that will also include a coffee break and a guided tour to the innovative video-control plant, and to the new restructured complex where AIMAG has its official site.

Online subscription is available and required for all participants.

Beyond single solutions, what is worth knowing is the approach centered on collaboration and on individuals, aimed at providing each subjects with the needed informations to work better, an approach well represented by the innovative interfaces of the call center (qualifying incoming calls by customer, geograpphic area and problems signaled in that area) and of industrial touch screens for the technical personnel, aggregating and coordinating information from several sources.

The event will include lectures, demos of several realistic use cases involving the use of different applications, and interactions with the public: question/answers, debate, scenario considerations.
