Ospedali Galliera Genova
The National Hospital "Galliera Hospital" (established as Opera Pia De Ferrari Brignole Sale) owes its origins to the generosity of the Marchesa Maria Brignole Sale, Duchess of Galliera, who built it between 1877 and 1888. Over the decades (in 2008, the celebration of the 120 years) the entity has retained a special position among the public health facilities, while maintaining its legal personality in the presence of the reforms such as the law n. 132/68, no. 833/78, and, more recently, D. L.vo 502/92 and subsequent amendments and additions.
